Launch of the consulting contract for the mid-term evaluation of the ASToN project

The contract for the mid-term evaluation of the ASToN project was published yesterday by ANRU – Agence Nationale du Renouvellement urbain – on the PLACE platform The objective of the mission is to conduct a mid-term evaluation of the project in order to assess the initial results obtained and the implementation arrangements and, to structure a monitoring and evaluation arrangement for the project. The specific objectives of the mission are:

• Improve project implementation modalities;
• Improve monitoring-evaluation and capitalization;
• Communicate and report on initial results obtained.
